Some Contact Center users may have experienced issues with WebAgent real-time monitoring functionality. Impacted users may have seen a loading spinner after login or intermittent refreshing of queue lists.

Technical Details:
Our Engineering team identified an issue affecting the WebAgent real-time monitoring connection and completed a rollback to restore functionality. The issue has been resolved. If you continue to experience any issues, please contact our Support team for assistance.
